$10 Million Settlement for Plaintiff Class
in the Marcos Human Rights Litigation

On August 13, 2010, a settlement was reached in Del Prado v. B.N. Development Company, et. al, Civil Action No. 4-05CV-234-Y, pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Under the settlement, the defendants will pay $10 million into a fund for the benefit of the class of human rights victims in Hilao v. Estate of Ferdinand E. Marcos, MDL-840.
