In re Linerboard Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1261 (E.D.Pa.) In this antitrust case alleging a conspiracy among the manufacturers of cardboard cartons to reduce output and raise prices, KSG was co-chair of the discovery committee, and helped achieve the total settlement of $202, 572,489, one of the largest settlements ever recorded in an antitrust class action. The Court singled out KSG’s contributions. In re Linerboard Antitrust Litigation, 2004 WL 1221350 *10 (E.D.Pa., June, 2004).
