Creative Copier Services v. Xerox, 3:01cv155 (D. Conn.)
KSG represented the plaintiff that competed with Xerox to repair high speed copy machines, and alleged that Xerox sought to put him out of business by withholding needed parts and supplies. Xerox mounted a patent-privilege defense. Achieved settlement after extensive litigation, part of In re Independent Service Organization Antitrust Litigation, MDL 1021.
