KS&G has filed a class action lawsuit against Clearview Energy on behalf of Pennsylvania residents who were overcharged for electricity service.
Clearview Energy is a deregulated energy service company that sells electricity in several states, including Pennsylvania.
The class action lawsuit alleges that Clearview overcharged thousands of Pennsylvania consumers for their electricity. The lawsuit was filed on January 8, 2018 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The case number is 2:18-cv-00035.
