KSG has filed a class action lawsuit against Verde Energy on behalf of New Jersey residents who were overcharged for electricity service.
Verde Energy is a deregulated energy service company that sells electricity in several states, including New Jersey.
The class action lawsuit alleges that Verde overcharged thousands of New Jersey consumers for their electricity. The lawsuit was filed on January 8, 2018 in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The case number is 2:18-cv-00035.
