A District Court in the District of New Jersey has preliminarily approved an indirect purchaser antitrust settlement with McWane, Inc. in the amount of $1,425,000. The Court has finally approved two previous indirect purchaser settlements totaling $2,646,250 with SIGMA and Star. If the McWane settlement is also given final approval, the total amount of the settlements will be $4,071,250. The case is IN RE DUCTILE IRON PIPE FITTINGS (“DIPF”) INDIRECT PURCHASER ANTITRUST LITIGATION, Civil Action No. 12-169 (AET)(LHG).
