Am I a Class Member?
“Class Member(s)” refers to any Person who enrolled in, and remained exclusively in, a residential variable rate plan and, at any time during the applicable statute of limitations period, paid Gateway variable rates for electricity and/or natural gas supply services, in the states specified below.
If at any time a customer was on a fixed rate, they are not included.

How do I receive Settlement Benefits?
Settlement Benefits will be available on a “claims made” basis and Gateway will pay Valid Claims only. All Class Members who submit a Valid Claim Form on or before August 1, 2019 will be eligible to receive Settlement Benefits. Claims submitted after August 1, 2019, will not be accepted. When will Benefits be Sent Out?
Settlement Benefits will not be disbursed until final approval has been granted by the Court. KS&G will be appearing for a Final Approval Hearing on September 13, 2019. If and when final approval is granted, claims will begin being processed.
