May 31, 2019- Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. was recently featured in Bloomberg Law for representing Plaintiff Daryoush Taha and the Class in class action suit against Bucks County.
On May 28, 2019 a jury from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania ruled in favor of Plaintiff Taha and the Class against Defendant Bucks County for willfully violating Pennsylvania Criminal History Records Information Act (CHRIA).
The jury awarded $1,000 in punitive damages per class member. The precise number of class members eligible for this award will be determined by the court at a later date.
