Vegetarians, vegans, and others rejoiced when Burger King announced that they would start selling Impossible Burgers – a vegetarian alternative to the traditional beef hamburger – at certain locations. However, after the recent roll out, customers started to notice something far too familiar about the product: it was made from beef.
The Impossible Burger is supposed to be plant based and 0% meat. It is wrapped in specific bright color wrapping paper- separating itself from the traditional beef hamburger. However, customers recently complained that when they went to purchase the Impossible Burger the actually received a traditional beef burger in the Impossible Burger wrapping paper.
Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. is actively investigating these claims.
If you or someone you know has purchased an Impossible Burger but received a traditional beef burger instead, please contact us. All consultations are free of charge. You may be eligible to be included in a Class Action Lawsuit.
