Kohn, Swift & Graf Seeks Final Approval of a $1.3 Million Settlement With Bosch

On September 14, 2020, Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. and its co-counsel filed a motion for final approval of a $1,300,000 settlement with Bosch in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. The Court will hold a final approval hearing on November 5, 2020. Additional information about the exhaust systems settlements with Bosch (as well as the other defendants), including filing a claim by the November 21, 2020 deadline, can be found at http://www.autopartsantitrustlitigation.com. If the Court approves the Bosch settlement, the total starters settlements will be $12,165,004.

Kohn, Swift & Graf is one of the co-lead counsel for the starters class and all other direct purchaser cases in In re: Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, MDL 2311, which is pending in federal court in Detroit, Michigan. The Department of Justice has described the automotive parts investigation as the largest U.S. criminal antitrust investigation in history.

To date, Kohn, Swift & Graf and its co-counsel have obtained over $356.5 million in recoveries for direct purchasers of automotive parts.
