George Croner recently published an article titled, A Damage Assessment of Trump’s “Declassification Defense” on the JustSecurity.org national security blog. George previously served as litigation counsel for the Office of General Counsel at the National Security Agency (NSA), and is currently a Senior Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute and a member of the Advisory Council at the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law (CERL) at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a retired director of KohnSwift and is presently Of Counsel to the firm.
