Class Counsel in the case known as Chantee Williams, et al. v. RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc, et al. (No. 2541, August Term 2018) in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania have moved the Court to discontinue the class action since the remaining defendant, The End Zone, Inc., lacks funds to pay an ultimate judgment. Notice to the Class was mailed on June 30, 2025. Per the Court’s Order of June 23, 2025 a Zoom hearing on the Motion to Discontinue Class Action will be held on July 30th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Any class member may attend the hearing virtually by using this link. At the Hearing, the Court will consider arguments in favor of discontinuing this Class Action, objections, and will hear argument from any individuals who wish to be heard.
