On September 14, 2020, Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. and its co-counsel filed a motion for final approval of $7.85 million in settlements with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Sanden in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. The Court will hold a final approval hearing on November 5, 2020. Additional information about the air conditioning systems settlements with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Sanden (as well as the other defendants), including filing a claim by the November 21, 2020 deadline, can be found at http://www.autopartsantitrustlitigation.com. If the Court approves the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Sanden settlements, the total air conditioning systems settlements will be $30,770,000.

The Department of Justice has described the automotive parts investigation as the largest U.S. criminal antitrust investigation in history.
