A Remembrance for Kohn, Swift & Graf Shareholder, Denis F. Sheils
Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. sadly announces the death of shareholder Denis F. Sheils, who passed away on March 29, 2020. An alumnus of LaSalle University and Fordham University’s School of Law, Denis started with the firm in 1987. For 33 years he handled a wide range of matters in state and federal courts, including securities and shareholder derivative cases, human rights actions, and trusts and estates matters. Denis is remembered as a dedicated, hard-working attorney with many accomplishments. He will be missed.
