Kevin Laukaitis is an Associate in the firm, which he joined in 2015.
A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Laukaitis is a graduate of Drexel University, where he majored in Business Administration (B.S. 2009). He attended law school at Temple University Beasley School of Law in its part-time evening program. During law school, he worked full-time as a paralegal and law clerk where he gained practical experience in consumer rights litigation, including foreclosure and complex class action involving defective products. Mr. Laukaitis graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2015.
Mr. Laukaitis’ practice has been focused on class action consumer litigation involving defective products and other complex litigation, including cases such as: Thomas v. Lennox Industries Inc., No. 13-7747 (N.D. Ill.); Alexander v. Coast Professional Inc., et al., No. 12-1461 (E.D. Pa.); Dickerson, et al. v. York International Corporation, et al.
