Aarthi Manohar is a Shareholder with Kohn Swift & Graf, specializing in class actions and multi-plaintiff litigation. She represents clients in civil rights, consumer protection, and human trafficking matters.

Aarthi’s work has been featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer and on Action News. She is known for her work on the “courtesy tow” cases brought against the City of Philadelphia, as well as for defending the rights of peaceful protesters.

Aarthi has represented plaintiffs in several high-profile cases, including: a putative class suing Harvey Weinstein in Geiss v. Weinstein, No. 1:17-cv-09554; survivors of the NXIVM cult in Edmondson v. Raniere, No. 20-cv-00485; survivors of sexual abuse in In Re: USC Student Health Center Litigation, No., 2:18-cv-04258; and survivors of labor trafficking abuses by the Church of Scientology in Baxter v.
