Cary Fleisher
Cary Fleisher’s practice focuses on representing clients involved in the acquisition, organization and transfer of their businesses.
Mr. Fleisher joined Kohn Swift in the role of counsel in 2023. He regularly provides counsel to his clients on matters involving entity selection, shareholder, operating and partnership agreements, succession planning and employment agreements. His clients include physicians, dentists, accountants, engineers and other licensed professionals as well as contractors, retailers and employment agencies.
Before joining Kohn Swift, Mr. Fleisher practiced law for many years as a shareholder at Narducci, Moore, Fleisher, Roeberg & Wolfe, LLP in Blue Bell, PA. He also taught seminars on the sale of professional practices for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
Mr. Fleisher is a graduate of Lafayette College and Villanova University School of Law. He is past board president of the Wissahickon Valley Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Rotary Club of Ambler. In addition, he has served on the boards of the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association and the Mattie Dixon Community Cupboard.
