Kohn Swift Files Suit Regarding Delaware River Chemical Spill

Kohn Swift, along with Berger Montague PC and Levin Sedran & Berman LLP, filed a class action lawsuit on March 31, 2023 against Altuglas LLC and Trinseo LLC for negligence and private and public nuisance regarding the March 24, 2023 chemical spill that led to contaminates in the Delaware River.
