Kohn, Swift, & Graf Investigates Equifax for Inaccurate Credit Reporting

Kohn, Swift & Graf is investigating Equifax’s admission that it sent inaccurate consumer credit scores to banks and other lenders between March 17 and April 6 of this year.  The inaccurate information could have negatively affected credit decisions for millions of consumers who applied for mortgages, auto loans or credit cards, by causing loan applications to be denied or approved at higher interest rates.

If you applied for a loan, credit card or other financial product between March 17 and April 6 and received a notice from the lender stating that your application was denied or approved at a higher rate, you may have been affected by Equifax’s error.
