Kohn Swift Investigates Ineffective Decongestants

Kohn Swift has begun an investigation after a recent FDA panel found oral phenylephrine, which is used in popular in cold, flu, and allergy products, is not an effective decongestant. Individuals who purchased over-the-counter products which are taken orally and contain phenylephrine may be eligible to participate in a class action lawsuit.
