$2.4 million settlement reached with Clackamas county, Oregon in tax foreclosure surplus case
Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. has obtained a settlement on behalf of a class of all property owners and lienholders in Clackamas county Oregon, which includes the city of Portland. Class members’ whose properties were sold at tax foreclosure sales for amounts in excess of the taxes owned may file a claim to receive the amount of the surplus retained by the county.
