$600 Payments Are Being Made to People Whose Criminal History Information Was Made Public
Kohn Swift, one of the lead counsel for the class, is pleased to announce that $600 payments are being made to 10,000 qualifying class members whose criminal history information was disseminated, or made available to the public, by Bucks County, Pennsylvania via an “inmate lookup tool” located on Bucks County’s website from 2011-2013.
