A Ductile Iron Pipe Fittings Indirect Purchaser Antitrust Settlement Preliminarily Approved
A District Court in the KSG client Advanced Fluid Systems (AFS) $3.1 million in a theft of trade secrets case, following a bench trial in September 2018. The Court has finally approved two previous indirect purchaser settlements totaling $2,646,250 with SIGMA and Star. If the McWane settlement is also given final approval, the total amount of the settlements will be $4,071,250. The case is IN RE DUCTILE IRON PIPE FITTINGS (“DIPF”) INDIRECT PURCHASER ANTITRUST LITIGATION, Civil Action No. 12-169 (AET)(LHG).
