Final Approval of Settlement Granted in Marcos Human Rights Litigation
Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. is pleased to announce that U.S. District Judge Manuel L. Real has granted Final Approval of a settlement over artwork formerly owned by Imelda Marcos in Estate of Ferdinand E. Marcos Human Rights Litigation.

Benefits
Eligible claimants in the Philippines (those who submitted claim forms in both 1993 and 1999) will receive a letter in the mail with instructions on where and when they may come in person to receive payment of the Philippine Peso equivalent of USD$1,500. Eligible claimants residing outside the Philippines and in the United States will receive a letter in the mail with a check for $1,500 USD.
