Kohn, Swift & Graf Announces $220 Million Settlement in Dairy Antitrust Case

Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. is pleased to announce that Chief Judge Nancy J. Rosenstengel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois has approved a $220 million settlement of antitrust claims brought by plaintiffs against Agri-Mark, Land-O-Lakes, Dairy Farmers of America, and the National Milk Producers Federation. The Court’s order can be viewed below. Kohn, Swift was one of the law firms representing the plaintiffs in the case.
