On September 14, 2020, Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. and its co-counsel filed a motion for final approval of $13,798,000 in settlements with Teneco, Faurecia, Meritor, Bosal, and Eberspacher in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. The Court will hold a final approval hearing on November 5, 2020.
