KS&G Mourns Passing of Beloved Colleague, Merle Wolfson
With sadness, Kohn, Swift, & Graf announces the death of our beloved colleague, Merle Wolfson, at the age of 91. Merle was a proud son of Pittsburgh, graduating from Pitt in 1952, and later Temple University’s law school. Merle served in the United States Army, including in Japan and the Philippines. He was an accomplished attorney and accountant who practiced tax and trust estates law for nearly seven decades. A warm, engaging person, Merle always had an interesting story or a joke to share. Outside of his law practice, Merle was a world traveler who lived life to the fullest, enjoying golf, skiing, flying and other pursuits, but most of all spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all of us at Kohn Swift.
