David Miscavige Served
U.S. Magistrate Judge Julie S. Sneed finds that David Miscavige has been served with process pursuant to a Florida state statute in the matter of Baxter v. Miscavige. The Honorable Julie S. Sneed reasoned that Plaintiffs “demonstrated due diligence in attempting to locate Miscavige and that Miscavige is actively concealing his whereabouts or evading service.”
