December 12, 2018- A class action lawsuit has been filed against Pacific Gas & Electric Company (“PG&E”) for allegedly causing the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in modern California history, which razed more than 150,000 acres across parts of Butte and Plumas counties, destroying homes, businesses, and lives.

Quora Exposes Customers’ Information

December 10, 2018- Kohn, Swift & Graf is currently investigating Quora, the question-and-answer site, for allegedly exposing the account information and private messages of around 100 million users when its computer systems were compromised by “a malicious third party.”
