KSG Files Second Suit on Behalf of Clients Negatively Impacted by “Courtesy” Tow, Aarthi Manohar Quoted
In May 2021, Aarthi Manohar and the legal team at Kohn Swift initiated a lawsuit against the city of Philadelphia on behalf of citizens who were victims of the so-called “courtesy” tow. Their aim was to force the city government to fix this program. In December 2022, the team filed a second lawsuit on behalf of citizens on the same issue.
