Elias A. Kohn is an Associate at Kohn Swift.
Mr. Kohn enjoys helping his clients reach and surpass their financial and business goals. Mr. Kohn has advised start-ups and small to mid-sized businesses on a range of issues such as entity selection, contract drafting, and operating agreements. Mr. Kohn also draws on his master’s degree in environmental management to assist property owners and natural resource managers on drafting conservation easements, creating management plans, and other related tasks.
