SETTLEMENT OF CLASS ACTION ANTITRUST CASE

Kohn, Swift & Graf is pleased to announce that a $37.5 million settlement has been reached in a class action antitrust case on behalf of bearings distributors. Bearings distributors that purchased bearings in the United States from and including January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2014 from certain JTEKT, Nachi, NSK, NTN, Schaeffler, or SKF entities are part of the settlement class.
