Kohn, Swift & Graf Investigates Suspension Defects in Tesla Model S and Model X Vehicles

It has been alleged that Tesla, Inc. has engaged in unfair and deceptive practices and breached consumer warranty agreements with respect to Model S and Model X vehicles manufactured between September 17, 2013 and October 15, 2018.

The Model S and Model X vehicles may contain latent defects in their suspension systems, causing premature wear, loosening, and/or breaking, thereby increasing the likelihood of a crash. Tesla has allegedly misled consumers by concealing these suspension issues, as well as the fact that international models of the same vehicles were recalled.

If you purchased or leased a Tesla Model S or Model X vehicle manufactured between September 17, 2013 and October 15, 2018 and would like to discuss your legal rights, please contact Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C. at 215-238-1700 or amanohar@kohnswift.com. Because of the pandemic we may be working remotely, so please leave a message and we will get back to you promptly.
