KFC Ignores Federal Laws and Denies Breast Milk Pumping
Several women have filed lawsuits alleging that their managers refused and failed to provide them with a reasonable accommodation for their pregnancy by preventing them from pumping milk as needed. KFC/Taco Bell argues that such an accommodation would be work-prohibitive.
One former employee succeeded in bringing a 1.5 million dollar claim against the company on this basis.
