KFC Denied Employees the Right to Pump Breast Milk

February 19, 2019- KFC/Taco Bell employees have reported sex/pregnancy discrimination due to their inability to pump breast milk during their work shifts.

KFC Ignores Federal Laws and Denies Breast Milk Pumping

Several women have filed lawsuits alleging that their managers refused and failed to provide them with a reasonable accommodation for their pregnancy by preventing them from pumping milk as needed. KFC/Taco Bell argues that such an accommodation would be work-prohibitive.

One former employee succeeded in bringing a 1.5 million dollar claim against the company on this basis.
