Pilchesky v. Commissioner Pennsylvania State Police, Civil Action No. 3:05-cv-2074 (M.D. Pa.) – This important free-speech case, in which KSG is co-counsel with the American Civil Liberties Union, challenges the procedure by which the Pennsylvania State Police, in violation of the First Amendment, shut down a website that hosted political speech concerning local politics in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The defendants recently stipulated to a preliminary injunction which restored the website.
