Justice Brand Makeup Contains Asbestos

March 12, 2019- Kohn, Swift & Graf is currently investigating Justice, a tween and teen retailer, for selling Justice brand makeup products containing asbestos, a carcinogenic mineral fiber once commonly found in building construction materials.

Teen Targeted Justice Brand Makeup was Recalled for Asbestos

Last Tuesday, the FDA released test results confirming the presence of asbestos in one specific Justice brand makeup powder. All suspect Justice products, including the one that tested positive for asbestos, were recalled in 2017. Exposure to asbestos fibers and particles may cause lung disease.
